In the world of construction management, property management, and home building, who helps to hire and manage the company’s team and its finances? At Rachuba, that job belongs to Andrea Cohen. Andrea serves as the director of accounting and human resources for our company.

With a degree in accounting and an MBA, Andrea has career experience with bank auditing, cost accounting, general accounting, and more. After years of working for larger corporations, she decided it was time to see what it was like working for a close-knit company where she would be more involved in day-to-day decisions. Joining Rachuba in February 2008, Andrea has excelled in her position and credits her hard work as a result of working with a dedicated, hands-on team. “Everyone at Rachuba works well together,” she shares. “We all want to continue to be successful, and that fuels our efforts.”
