The Rachuba Family Gives Back

The Rachuba Family Foundation is currently working with the Freres Franciscans Conventions in Ouagadougou, which is the capital of Burkina Faso, to help fund the Saint Christopher Training Center for Weaving and Dyeing and the Saint Christopher Formation Center. With Rachuba’s support, the training center is able to provide a location for up to 25 women to learn how to weave and dye. With 11 machines, 16 women are currently learning and working there. In addition to the women who are training there, the center provides shelter for five orphans from the community.

The second location, the Saint Christopher Formation Center, is currently being constructed and will provide a place for children from the local parish, in a village called Bazilakoa, to be taught about catechism. The Rachuba Family Foundation is grateful for the opportunity to give back to such an incredible organization and help these women and children find hope and joy.
