Say Hello to Rachuba’s Service Technician, Shawn Lee

At Prospect Hall Apartments, residents depend on service technicians, like Shawn Lee, to repair or replace appliances in their homes—from broken air conditioners to faulty faucets. “I joined Rachuba’s maintenance team in 2011 as a service technician and I’ve been here ever since,” says Shawn. “I enjoy completing tasks with my hands and doing a great job that helps others.”

Shawn is a Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) and is CFC and CDL certified, meaning he can fix and install products that use chlorofluorocarbon byproducts, like air conditioning units, and drive any of Rachuba’s vehicles to deliver repair parts or new appliances.

Working alongside the other maintenance team members at Prospect Hall, Shawn ensures the grounds are well maintained and everything is functioning properly. He also assists with prepping apartments for new residents before their move-in process begins.
